At Amherst Radiology, we provide a wide range of services. Always keeping patient care our top priority, we are able to provide many of the procedures that doctors need right in the comfort of your own home. Not only do we come to residential homes, we also services individuals who are in nursing homes and in prisons or detention centers. Quality care is important to us and no patient ever gets less than the best care from us. We want to get you on your way to recovery as soon as possible, in order to do this we get the results of your exam to your physician right away to help this happen.

When Should You Call Us?

If you have problems getting around or don't have easy access to transportation, we can come right to you. We provide x-rays, ultrasounds, and much more all right in your own home. If you or someone you know has some of these issues and needs to have a procedure done let us know. We do the procedure in your home and then get the results to your physician quickly so they can begin your treatment.

What Needs to Be Done?

All of our procedures are simple and we handle just about everything. The only thing that is requires of the patient is to send us a copy of the patient fact sheet as well as the presciption from the doctor or the physicians order. It is also important that the patient can follow all of the qualifications that are below. We handle everything else. If you have any questions feel free to contact us

Qualifications

There are a few guidelines that must be met so that we know your home can accomodate our equipment so that the procedure can be done as safely and correctly. They are the following:

• No more than 5 stairs leading into the home
• If patient is bed bound, there must be 6 inches beneath the bed for the equipment to slide under.
